Our returns policy reflects our commitment to white-glove service for homeowners, interior designers, and trade professionals worldwide.
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on installed products, custom orders, or specially commissioned items from our Beaumont Luxury Taps or Burlington Traditional collections. All returns must be in original, unused condition with packaging intact.
Our Returns Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return (Within 15 Days)
To begin your return or exchange, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 48 hours, our luxury concierge team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Securely repackage your item(s) using the original packaging materials. Include all documentation and protective elements that accompanied your designer tapware. Affix the provided return label clearly on the exterior.
Return Shipping Options:
- Standard Return: Arrange your own insured shipping via DHL/FedEx (recommended for high-value items)
- Prepaid Return Label: Available for defective/damaged items (deducted from refund)
Step 4: Inspection & Processing
Upon receipt at our Leeds showroom, our quality assurance team will inspect your returned bathroom fixtures within 3 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation once approved.
Refund Information
For approved returns:
- Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days after inspection completion
- Method: Original payment method (Visa/MasterCard/JCB/PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For change of mind returns, a 15% restocking fee applies to luxury collections (Beaumont, Burlington, etc.)
Exchange Process
For exchanges within our designer collections:
- Follow standard return procedure
- Specify desired replacement item in your return request
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received (additional charges may apply for higher-value products)
- Enjoy priority processing for exchange orders
International Returns
For our global clientele (excluding Asia and select regions):
- Customs documentation must be marked “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid duties
- Original shipping costs cannot be refunded for international orders
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event you receive a damaged product from our premium collections:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- We’ll arrange expedited replacement at no cost
- May require destruction proof for high-value items
