Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Leeds showroom. You will receive email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping (Orders over £50): Via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch

International Shipping

We proudly serve clients worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every product in our collections, from the Beaumont Luxury Taps to the Burlington Traditional range. If you’re not completely satisfied, our straightforward returns process ensures a resolution that matches our high standards.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Installed products
• Custom orders
• Specially commissioned items from our Beaumont Luxury Taps or Burlington Traditional collections

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return (Within 15 Days)

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:

• Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
• Product name (e.g., Belmont Traditional Taps in Brushed Brass)
• Reason for return
• Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
• Confirmation the item is unused in original packaging

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our luxury concierge team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 48 hours. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

Securely repackage using all original materials and protective elements. Clearly affix the provided return label.

Return Shipping Options:

• Standard Return: Arrange insured shipping via DHL/FedEx (recommended for high-value items)
• Prepaid Return Label: Available for defective/damaged items (cost deducted from refund)

Step 4: Inspection & Processing

Our quality assurance team will inspect returned items within 3 business days of receipt at our Leeds showroom. You’ll receive email confirmation once approved.

Refund Information

For approved returns:

• Timing: Processed within 5 business days after inspection
• Method: Original payment method (Visa/MasterCard/JCB/PayPal)
• Deductions: Original shipping fees non-refundable. 15% restocking fee applies to change of mind returns from luxury collections (Beaumont, Burlington, etc.)

Exchange Process

For exchanges within our designer collections:

1. Follow standard return procedure
2. Specify desired replacement item in your request
3. We’ll ship your new item once return is received (additional charges may apply for higher-value products)

Exchange orders receive priority processing.

International Returns

For our global clientele:

• Customs documentation must be marked “RETURNED GOODS”
• Original shipping costs cannot be refunded
• Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event you receive a damaged product:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos
• We’ll arrange expedited replacement at no cost
• May require destruction proof for high-value items
